App Opens No Contents. App has been no worries up till yesterday. App opens, click on anything, swirls to load word loading.... Nothing else. I signed out of app, now click sign in, doesn't load. Just blank page. I uninstalled app, then reinstalled again, still same, no content of items to view, no wish list to view, can't log in. Home page nothing, a white blank screen. Headings there, no content. Click on category, brings up products, click on say fashion, click lula soul, no contents-blank

The new design is terrible, should go back to the old format. I don't know about anyone else but lately i can't get the app to come up it just spins around thinking about it and does nothing. In the past the old format worked perfectly i had no issues at all. Hopefully it's not an ongoing issue as it puts you off even trying to use it, which is a pity as i love TVSN and have used it a lot in the past. Fingers crossed it can be fixed. I have tried everything at my end to make sure it's not me.

Can't get it to work on new Galaxy A55. Home screen opens but unable to access anything. Pity as it m means I am unable to use the app for shopping. Platinum shopper. Other reviews say same. Is TVSN aware of app problems? Does not seem to be an updated app available. Wake up TVSN!
